Class descriptions     

YOGA

 

A progressive series of postures with specific breathing techniques. Join us to improve your posture, circulation and flexibility.  Yoga is for everyone and modified to suit each individual.  All levels are welcome. Our yoga instructors are nationally certified and highly experienced.

 

 

ZUMBA! 

 

Come join the party!

Dance your way to the best shape of your life!  Zumba combines Latin and international music for a highly effective workout.  All instructors are Zumba Certified.

 

 

STREAMLINE SCULPT  

 

Sculpt a fit body using a variety of hand weights, resistance bands and body bars.  This class will improve your tone, balance and flexibility.   

 

 

BOOT CAMP 

 

Are you ready to push a little harder?  Get down and dirty with boot camp drills including timed sprints, pushups, sit-ups, squats, and burpies.  Bring water and a towel, we will be going outside as well as using the GroupFit studio.  

 

 

KICKBOX CARDIO

 

A high intensity aerobic class that incorporates basic kickboxing skills choreographed to energizing music.  Be prepared to work hard, sweat and have a blast.

 

BODY BLAST 

 

The perfect combination of cardio and weight training in one hour.  An interval workout emphasizing heart rate, this class is designed to increase your metabolism and burn unwanted calories.
